Whether you're on a day - long hunt or an overnight trip, this pack offers ample space for all your gear and your prized catch. The 40069 SA model features a Velcro hip belt that easily holds bear spray and most pistol holsters. Its molded and reinforced waist belt ensures a comfortable and quiet journey even with a heavy pack. The T - 6 6061 aircraft - grade aluminum frame allows you to carry loads over 150 lbs. With 3700 cubic inches of non - expanded volume that can expand by 800 cubic inches when necessary, it's very flexible. The internal hydration sleeve can hold bladders over 3 liters. Two vertical exterior pockets can store most spotting scopes, tent poles, or a Flash Shelter. The underside and back panels are made of 450 - denier coated polyester, while the face and back use 220 - denier nylon with a PU - coated finish. Stash pockets let you quickly store extra layers on the go. The main pack volume expands from 2750 to 3700 cubic inches, with a total max volume of 4500 cubic inches and weighs 5.75 lbs. It's an imported product.

Using the Sitka Mountain Hauler 4000 is a breeze. First, adjust the molded and reinforced waist belt to fit your body comfortably. This will help distribute the weight evenly when you're carrying heavy loads. You can attach your bear spray or pistol holster to the Velcro hip belt for easy access. For your gear, start by putting larger items in the main pack. If you need more space, simply expand the pack to reach its maximum capacity of 4500 cubic inches. Use the vertical exterior pockets to store long items like spotting scopes or tent poles. And don't forget to fill the internal hydration sleeve with a large bladder so you can stay hydrated on your journey. When it comes to maintenance, after each use, shake out any dirt or debris from the pack. You can spot - clean any stains with a mild detergent and water. Make sure to dry the pack thoroughly before storing it. Avoid exposing the pack to extreme heat or direct sunlight for long periods as it might damage the materials. Keep it in a cool, dry place to ensure its longevity.
