Product Information

When your work involves high - heat environments, such as those faced by roofing or paving contractors, the Ashby boots offer all - day protection for your feet. You won't have to endure the heat on the job. These boots come with the following features: Model number 83605. The upper is crafted from full - grain, waterproof leather made in the USA. The footbed is removable polyurethane. They are constructed with a Goodyear Welt and have a 325 last. They are rated ASTM F2892 - 11, EH. Ashby Technologies include HRO soles. These soles are designed and tested for high - heat surfaces and are heat - resistant to melting at a minimum of 475º Fahrenheit. The TROUT BROOK LEATHER is handcrafted by our S.B. Foot Tanning Company. It's exclusive to the Irish Setter brand, named after a trout brook near the tannery in Red Wing, Minnesota. Using only U.S. raised steer hides, master tanners use traditional methods to create durable leather that can handle tough trails or job sites.

Using these boots is easy. Just put them on like you would any other boots and start your work in high - heat environments. Make sure to lace them up properly for a snug fit. When it comes to maintenance, regularly clean the boots with a soft brush to remove dirt and debris. For the leather upper, use a leather conditioner to keep it supple and waterproof. Avoid exposing the boots to extremely high temperatures beyond their rated capacity. If the footbed gets dirty, remove it and wash it with mild soap and water, then let it dry thoroughly before putting it back in the boots. Store the boots in a cool, dry place when not in use.
