These running shoes are easy to use. Just lace them up and start your run. For a more secure fit, use the tongue loop to keep the laces in place. When running, enjoy the comfort from the plush tongue and the energy return from the Helion™ superfoam midsole. After your run, clean the shoes with a soft brush and mild soap to remove dirt. Let them air - dry. Avoid putting them in the dryer as it may damage the materials. Also, check the outsole regularly for wear and tear.
