These Merrell women's Agility Peak 4 shoes are perfect for trail running. To use them, simply lace them up using the integrated lacing system for a snug fit. When running, the Vibram® MegaGrip® outsole will provide great traction on both dry and wet trails, and the cushioning from the FloatPro™ Foam midsole will keep your feet comfortable. For maintenance, it's a good idea to clean the shoes regularly. You can use a soft brush and mild soap to clean the upper and outsole. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they may damage the materials. Let the shoes air - dry naturally, and don't put them in a dryer. Also, check the laces and webbing periodically as they are made of recycled materials. If you notice any signs of wear, replace them. These shoes are treated with Cleansport NXT™ for odor control, but it's still a good practice to let them air out after each use.
