Product Information

These Brooks women's running shoes, the Adrenaline GTS 23 in Mercury/Copper, are perfect for road running. They offer mid-level support and mid-level (softer) cushioning. The 'GTS' means 'Go-To-Support', and Brooks has upgraded this all-time favorite to make it even better. With Brooks' GuideRails® technology, you can maintain your natural stride while running. The engineered air mesh upper, with 3D Fit Print, provides comfort, breathability, and added structure. GuideRails® technology controls excess movement for more support. The midsole has DNA LOFT v2 cushioning, which is soft and lightweight. Also, 59.87% of the upper is made of recycled materials, making them eco-friendly.

Using these shoes is easy. Just lace them up and hit the road for your running sessions. When putting them on, make sure the laces are not too tight or too loose for a comfortable fit. As for running, these shoes are designed for road use, so avoid running on very rough or uneven terrains like rocky trails. For maintenance, after each run, simply wipe off any dirt or dust with a clean, dry cloth. If they get really dirty, you can gently hand - wash them in cold water with a mild detergent. Let them air dry naturally; don't use a dryer as it might damage the materials. Also, replace the shoes when you notice significant wear and tear on the soles or upper, usually after about 300 - 500 miles of running.
